Builders Capital is opening a second headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL and looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team.

As a member of the Recruiting Team, you will help shape the organization through talent acquisition and performance management.  Through recruiting and onboarding, you will find candidates who embody Builders Capital culture as an organization drive to growth and change.  You will look for opportunities to source talent both internally and externally and help the leadership keep employee engagement and retention high.

Day-to-Day:

  • Recruit passive and active candidates for current openings and future pipelining. Look for creative ways to capture candidates, including campus recruiting, LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
  • Help manage/maintain job postings across all channels, including creating and maintaining job descriptions with direction from the Leadership Team.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Be the main point of contact for new applicants during the interview and onboarding process.
  • Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate with managers and candidates to set up onsite interviews.
  • Enter and track new employees in Paylocity.
  • Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure the employee has the best first day.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Perform reference checks as needed.
  • Conduct periodic salary and compensation assessments to ensure the company is offering competitive compensation packages.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.”
  • Additional ad hoc projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with corporate recruiting experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the delivery of recruitment strategies to generate candidates and identify methods to generate talent communicates and pipelines.
  • Experience in end-to-end high-volume recruitment, working within set deadlines in a systematic and organized manner.
