In 2021 originated over $2.2 Billion dollars in construction loans. To say we’re rapidly growing would be an understatement. We’re looking to add a Financial Analyst to add to the team. Day to day, you will be trying to continuously improve the accuracy of cash flow forecasts and working with the business to improve efficiency on sourcing forecast information


  • Provide on-going cash management and capital usage analysis, including forecasting daily and weekly cash flow, assessing capital requirements, and calculating cost of
  • Maintain internal and external treasury reporting
  • Build and maintain financial and operational models to support business requirements and
  • Use analytical perspective and business acumen to provide insight and generate recommendations on improving business
  • Support the leadership team in the annual and quarterly forecasting
  • Support incentive compensation cycle through monthly calculations, analysis of plan performance, as well as modeling and recommendations for plan
  • Develop and maintain monthly management reports for performance metrics, result trends, and variance
  • Exposure to loan securitizations or loan sales a plus – for the familiarity with the cash flow and the business impact more than the transactions


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in treasury or
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities with an understanding of cash flow concepts and
  • Strong excel, data management, and analytical skills are a must
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus
  • Banking or lending experience is a
  • Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, motivation to learn and master new skills
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts to business leaders, both orally and in writing
  • Able to work within deadlines and manage multiple concurrent
  • Willing to assume duties and projects to further the goals of the
