We are looking for a seasoned Loan Processor to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida! In this role you are the go-to person for our borrowers and help provide them with the best class customer service promptly; no two days are the same.

Essential Functions:
- Daily job duties include gathering documentation, data entry, review, and validation of loan documentation, pipeline management, analyzing budgets, and identifying line items that may need to be changed in conformity with Builders Capital standard draw requirements.
- Obtain and review third-party services (appraisal, title, flood determination, etc.).
- Monitor the pipeline to ensure key dates and timelines are met. Proactively work the pipeline to meet monthly closings and set appropriate closing expectations with borrowers.
- Lead weekly pipeline meetings with LO and track loan status and progress.
- Submission to the Credit Analyst, make sure all required documentation has been obtained before the analyst reviews.
- Obtain the conditions required for closing the loan. Follow up with Borrowers and third-party providers as frequently as daily to obtain the required documents.
- Review documentation with an eye for detail to ensure all conditions are accurate and meet Builders Capital requirements.
Qualifications:
- Three years of commercial loan processing experience.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail orientation and highly organized.
- Ability to build strong relationships with loan officers, production, underwriting, closing, and other internal and external partners.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software skills.
- Strong ability to solve complex problems and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
